What about your contract renewal process?
Every client that has joined True North has shared their gratefulness for our ability to process their contract renewals weeks ahead of their prior schedule. From the clients’ perspective, we are typically able to host open enrollment a month in advance of the prior representation.
How do you ensure compliance?
We have retained the most prominent compliance expert partners to ensure that our clients are compliant with all of the complexities of employee benefits compliance. Whether the category is COBRA, annual notices, PCORI, Medicare, RxDC, 5500, SPD’s, ERISA, etc. – we manage the compliance on behalf of all of our clients.
What about technology?
Our technology solutions are not limited to one platform provider. Although most of our clients utilize a specific platform, our access allows our clients to select from a variety of technology platforms.
